International experience of information support of continuing education of civil servants has been analyzed. Determined that the digital transformation is a key factor for public administration reforms and professional development of civil servants; disclosed one of the key elements of information support for continuing education of civil servants; assessing tools of the education effectiveness and professional development of civil servants are clarified.
