The article discusses certain aspects of the integration of people with special needs in the functioning of socio-economic Systems, political processes. The role of the formation of digital skills, soft-skills, professional skills is being shown through the base on subject competencies of people with disabilities in the framework of continuing professional education in ensuring sustainable development and the digital economy.
