Identity in the traditional sense is a kind of innate identification information, which reflects the social status of the subject. Identity system establishes the relationship between social members and the social structure and order by clarifying the identity of social members, defining and identifying the status, rights and obligations of individuals. The identity of natural person in the modern legal sense desalinates the characteristics of social status and hierarchical privileges in the identity, and is only used as an identity to prove the qualification of natural person as a civil subject to obtain rights and undertake obligations. Therefore, in physical space, the identity of natural person and legal person is relatively clear. There is a one-to-one correspondence between identity and the objective subject.
